Support of Youth and Collegiate Sailing

Helping young people sharpen their sailing skills and learn to compete on the national and world stage is one of the main priorities of the Sailing Foundation.

Support is provided in a number of ways:

• Direct financial support for individual travel to regattas around the country
• Assistance in acquiring boats for youth racing fleets in the Puget Sound area
• Sponsorship of the annual WIND Youth Racing Clinic
• Sharing expertise with coaches and families involved in local youth sailing clubs
